Bingöl Koşullarında Yetiştirilen Bazı Mısır (Zea mays L.) Çeşitlerinin Tane Kalite Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

چکیده

25 farklı mısır çeşidine ait tanelerin kalite özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla bu çalışma yürütülmüştür. Çalışma, Bingöl ili ekolojik koşullarında 2015 yılı yetiştirme sezonunda Çalışmada çeşidinin tane özelliklerinden ham protein (HP), kül (HK), asit deterjanda çözünmeyen lif (ADF), nötr (NDF), sindirilebilir kuru madde (SKM), enerji (SE), metabolik (ME), tüketimi (KMT) ve nispi yem değeri (NYD) parametreleri incelenmiştir. İncelenen tüm özellikler açısından çeşitler arasında istatistiksel olarak önemli farklılıklar (P≤0.01) olduğu görülmüştür. ortalama HP oranı %9.01, HK %1.01, ADF %4.30, NDF %14.00, SKM %85.6, SE 3.93 Mcal kg-1, ME 3.23 KMT %8.80 NYD 584 elde edilmiştir. En yüksek Dian Burak çeşitlerinden, en oranı, SE, düşük 12-231H0 çeşidinden, ile da Eldora çeşidinden Sonuç olarak; 12-231HO, Eldora, çeşitlerinin özellikleri değerler verdiği sonucuna varılmıştır.
